Objection Handling & FAQ for the LibertyRx Plan

Who is Liberty Benefits?

Team Liberty Benefits is one of the pioneers in the field of Consumer Driven Health Plans. TLB has entered its second decade offering Prescription savings – second to none

Is this an internet pharmacy?

No it is not.  LibertyRx only allows you to look up your medicine price of 51,000+/- FDA Approved Prescriptions at any time online.  You CAN NOT order prescriptions on the internet.  A Doctor’s Prescription is required for any order.

 Are these drugs safe?

Yes.  They are your actual brand name prescriptions or you can select FDA Approved generic prescriptions.  In addition, the packages are sealed at the FDA Approved pharmaceutical manufacturer and will only be opened the person who ordered them.

How do get the prices so low?

At your local network pharmacy, we have pre-negotiated lower prices plus if there are any rebates back to the PBM, unlike all the others, LibertyRx uses proprietary software to give the rebate as a reduced price at time of purchase.  If the prescription is sold for less money outside of the US and is allowed to be shipped in, you can take advantage of the extremely low price.

Do you only sell Generic Drugs?

No, we have no formulary or list.  If it is a FDA Approved prescription, we have it.

Do I have to get a doctor’s prescription?

Yes, we are NOT an internet pharmacy.  Every order HAS  to have a doctor’s prescription.

Can the doctor send or call in prescription?

Yes, you can use a paper prescription from the doctor’s office or you can have them call it in or e-fax it to our local network pharmacy or to our home delivery program.

Do I have to use certain pharmacies?

How much can I save on each prescription?
